PooA Tiyam Cheng – 5June2017

First routine for the new month came in the form of a routine called PooA Tiyam Cheng.  It means half an hour in hokkien.  Basically it is a simple 5 step routine, which you perform repeatedly for the duration of half an hour.  It is the first time for many members, but it is my second time.  It was introduced by coach since 29 March 2017.

Today VinLee took on the center stage as the coach.  No lapsed in quality, and she droved us until all of us were surrounded by our puddle of sweat (figurative speaking)… means hard work.  This SEDEF is rocking.  I thought without coach means can relax…was I wrong in big time 🙂

Today’s menu

PooA Tiyam Cheng (30 minutes non-stop):

  1. Burpee x 5
  2. Push up x 10
  3. Sit up x 10
  4. Lunge x 10
  5. Walk Down x 10
