Returning to the hamster loop of Botanic Walk – 13July2017

BW-13July2017-map

The Botanic walk was my favourite running place especially during the Pasem 1,000km Challenge (1KC). Due to its route that surrounds the man-made lake. The distance is exactly 4km for 1 loop.

I’d remembered that I’d run, walked and crawled these loops regardless of whether rain or shine. My last run here was 25 March 2017. During the height fever of the 1KC completion here was at 3 December 2016.  At that time, I haven’t started blogging.

Returning to this track brought back a lot of memories. The slow one, the fast ones and the walked ones. This time I’d seemed able to last 1 loop (4km) without stoppages and with much easier effort.  Probably this is what they called improvements. I like it.  Those places/spot that I used to walk or stop to catch a breath, seemed not needed anymore, and everything passed by quickly.

Really happy with the cadences, with minimised stoppages.

People still playing the Pokemon-Go game but at an older generation… Those players used to flocked at the usual place and would normally blocked the running path…quite annoying actually.
